Be Kind To Yourself

This is a phrase I have heard numerous times since becoming a mom – “Be kind to yourself.” I heard it while I was pregnant with my first child, after she was born, and even now, I hear people tell me this when I talk about having a second child. 22 Week Update – Baby #2
