Have you had your brussel sprouts lately?

Until about two years ago, I would have told you that I don’t like brussel sprouts.  I would have made a face as if something stinks, wrinkled my nose, and said I didn’t like them.  Well thankfully my husband came into the picture (for many other reasons) because he introduced me to this wonderful vegetable. Commitments… to a Meatless Dish and Salad
