So, I took a break.

(Okay, so my break was a little longer than a few minutes!)

If you pay any attention to my blog at all (thank you!) then you know I have been MIA the past few months. Honestly, I needed a break. And I wasn’t quite sure if I would be back or not.

But, here I am and I’m ready to get back into the blogging world. I enjoy blogging and all that comes with it. I just needed some time away.

There has actually been a lot going on in my personal life and I just had to let some of those things take a priority over blogging. My blog fell to the bottom of my list. I was pregnant, really busy, and pretty stressed out. I will provide more details about this in the next few weeks.

But for now, I just want to say that I will be doing my best to add more content to my blog. I want to bring more health and fitness advice, tips, and stories. I want to share more about surviving life as a mom (of 2 now!) and also share any other exciting adventures going on.

So for now, stay tuned for more content and let me know if there is anything in particular you want to hear more about.

To those who do read my blog, I want to thank you as it means so much to me and I hope you look forward to more of what I have coming your way!
