Another type of barre experience: Flybarre

I have been loving the barre classes lately as I’m sure you learned from my last post.  They are such a great exercise to incorporate into my running.  And as I mentioned, they are all so different so don’t get discouraged if you try one barre class and don’t like it.  Keep trying them and I’m sure you will find one you enjoy! Want to attend almost every gym in your city? Welcome to ClassPass.
