Cross Training: Why and How to do it

After running my first marathon in 2011, I got injured. Exactly 5 days after. I went out for a run and after about 1 mile started to experience extreme pain on the side of my knees. Training for my 4th marathon begins

Marathon Training Has Begun I have signed up to run the Country Music Marathon in Nashville on April 25th.  I’m not sure how sleep deprived I was or if someone slipped something in my coffee that morning, but on a whim, I just decided to sign up and go for it.
