I am now a Brick Betty Fit Professional!

I have been wearing workout clothes on a regular basis for over 10 years now. Not only do I work out in them, I wear them on a regular basis to run errands, travel, hang out around the house, play with my child, etc. And why not? Review: Orangetheory Fitness

Another type of barre experience: Flybarre
