Running in the Third Trimester

Isn’t pregnancy so fun?  You get to eat whatever you want and be lazy!  Oh wait…  I have heard so many people say this to me and the fact is – you absolutely can’t do that, and shouldn’t.  The reality is that you are supposed to have 300 extra calories a day.  Starting in the 2nd trimester.  That’s really not that much.  You can easily get 300 calories in two granola bars.  Or some toast with peanut butter.  It’s not…
