When it’s Okay to skip that Workout

The other week, I was on a roll with everything going on at the moment.  I had dinners prepared almost every night, had worked out almost every day, done chores around the house, done some stuff for my blog, and gotten some sleep (as much as you can get with a 4 month old). Then… my husband got sick and my daughter decided she wanted to wake up every couple of hours to eat at night.  For a week.  So…
