Tips on getting into a workout routine

A lot of people I talk to say the hardest thing about working out is figuring out where to start.  That’s perfectly  understandable.  If you’re someone who hasn’t worked out consistently or at all, it’s tough to figure out how to begin.  I say start with getting yourself into a workout routine.  This routine turns into a habit and once you have a good habit, it’s hard to break.
