Review: Orangetheory Fitness

A workout at a spa? Core Fusion Extreme at Exhale Spa

A few weeks ago I was invited to attend the Core Fusion Extreme class at Exhale Spa.  With such an intense name, I knew I was going to like this one. If you aren’t familiar with Exhale Spa, the place is a one-stop-shop for so many of my favorite things.  They have some great fitness classes and they are a spa so you can go for a sweat sesh followed by a massage and facial if you want. Ditch the treadmill and… Sproing!

A lesson from my return to HIIT classes
