The perfect sports bra has been found!

I told you recently that I am now a Brick Betty Fit Professional and I’m still very excited about this new adventure! As I learn more and more about this company, I thrive on the passion, quality, and excitement they bring to their clothing line.

Recently, I tried out the Brick Betty bra. It looked great on the website but of course seeing it in your hands is always different than on the internet. The very first thing I noticed was the material of it. It just felt like a quality sports bra. The second thing I immediately noticed was the clasp in the back.

It’s like a regular bra you would wear. This was intriguing but immediately made sense. Our regular every day bras are built like this so they fit us well. Why shouldn’t this apply to the sports bra? You are able to adjust these based on your body type. Obviously, we all aren’t built the same so this is the way clothes should be made – to fit different body types.

(Side note: I also have to point out that this is amazing for when you are pregnant. A big pet peeve of mine was finding pregnancy workout clothes when I was pregnant with my daughter. Also, your “girls” tend to grow quite a bit and it would have been so nice to have an adjustable sports bra that could help with this transition!)

The sports bra is also super cute and makes me actually want to consider running in it alone! I have never been the type to run in a sports bra but in these hot and humid temps here in Nashville I have been really tempted. This one feels comfortable enough and I just love the way it looks.

I was also really worried about how it would look on me since I am smaller up top. Some of the other fit professionals were commenting on how great it fit them and let’s just say they are lucky in that department and have a much larger cup size than I do. I figured there was no way it could fit me well if it fit them. But lo and behold, somehow this bra does it. I’m hooked.

The other thing I want to mention that might be my favorite feature on this bra, is that the cups/lining are sewn in!!! Hallelujah! FINALLY, a sports bra that doesn’t have cups in it that come loose and all tangled up in the bra so it never looks right after you wash it. That’s my biggest pet peeve on all my other sports bras. I love having some lining and cups in there but the fact that these are sewn in makes me so happy.

(Another sports bra I have that the cups always come out during washing.)

(And again, I always have to re-adjust these.)

(Sewn in!)

I absolutely love this sports bra. And although I’m a Fit Professional so you might think I’m biased I promise these views are 100% my own.

If you want to know more, contact me. Being a Fit Professional means I’m here to tell you about the product and can even show you a sample so you can see it for yourself. I do receive a small commission for any product sold if you mention my name. The reason I signed on to do this though is because I believe in the product and I want other women to feel as confident as I do in the Brick Betty products.

I want to encourage you to follow along in my health journey through what I learn and experience. I hope there is something you can take away from Fit Busy Female that inspires you to start taking control of your health and feeling better every day.
