Want to attend almost every gym in your city? Welcome to ClassPass.
Doing the same workout over and over can get boring. Even though I love running, I still have days where I want to work out but just need to do something else. It’s also important to do this for our bodies. We should work multiple muscle groups to gain a great overall total fitness level.
Well there just might be a great solution to this!
I was recently contacted by someone at ClassPass to try out what they are doing. I was invited to try a few different classes at different gyms in Chicago. Of course I couldn’t pass up the opportunity because I’m a total fitness geek and love a good workout.
I loved it! I went to one of the classes that were offered and got a great workout (Exhale in River North). I also got to meet some other great ladies.

I think I’m hooked.
So what is Class Pass? It’s a way for you to work out at all the different specialty gyms in the city. Instead of having to buy a membership at a yoga studio, then at a barre studio, then at a cross fit studio, etc. I can have ONE membership where I get to try them all. Can you imagine how expensive it is to have multiple memberships like that? This one is just $99 a month.
This way, you pay one membership and choose the classes you want.
From a fitness standpoint, this is a fantastic idea. You get to work so many different muscle groups and focus on the area that needs it most. Since having a baby my core has really suffered. So any of the core workouts that different gyms offer I will have to try out. But when I feel strong there, I can jump over to do a HIIT class or a cross fit class. My body will constantly be challenged.
The other great part about this? You never get bored with a workout! So you don’t have that excuse to use anymore!
I really recommend heading over to their website and looking them up on Facebook. They just launched in Chicago and while they are only in a few major cities right now, I have no doubt they will grow to numerous others in no time.
(Disclaimer: I was not paid by ClassPass to write this post. I was asked to attend a class as a part of their launch party and given a 1 month membership. These views are all my own and represent my honest opinion.)
I want to encourage you to follow along in my health journey through what I learn and experience. I hope there is something you can take away from Fit Busy Female that inspires you to start taking control of your health and feeling better every day.
